REVIEWS: Reviews can not be used as a customers service platform. Cardmore will never delete customers reviews without customers permission. However, Cardmore has the right to remove customers reviews if they are used to get customers service attention, not eligible, inciting, derogatory, racist, if customers impose on reviews to sabotage the business or similar.
DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS: Discount codes and Coupons must be used at time of checkout to be valid. We cannot apply discount after purchase. Discount for Bulk orders can only be applied when a customer purchases larger quantities of the same card. If this is not used in the correct way Cardmore has the right to cancel the order. Our Welcome offer discount with 10% off is only valid with a minimum purchase amount of $20. Shipping cost is not included in this amount

Please ensure that a correct address is given upon placement of order. Cardmore cannot claim responsibility if the consumer provides an incorrect address upon placement of order. Always check your order to see if the colors and items are correct. If you have requested any special SKU codes please make sure these are correct. Only items that are damaged or incorrect are eligible for returns. If you receive an item in this condition, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, or they are no longer eligible. Do not send any goods back to us until you have received an email approval. Mark your package with the order number and ship to Cardmore 4 Andrews Drive, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. Please ship your items with tracking to be able to confirm receipt. Cardmore cannot claim responsibility for any packages that are lost in transit.
Please be aware that if you send a package to us without prior authorization, we will not refund the amount of shipping and we will not be responsible for sending the item(s) back to you. Seasonal (holiday) cards are not eligible for returns unless defective or wrong item was sent. You must notify us via email prior to sending back your merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
REFUNDS (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
