Bulk Order Discounts: Bulk order discounts can only be applied when a customer purchases larger quantities of the same card. Customers who wish to apply the bulk discount need to send an email to cardmoreinfo@gmail.com Bulk order discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

Right to Cancel Orders: Cardmore reserves the right to cancel orders if discounts are not applied correctly.
All promotional offers are subject to specific timeframes which are not always stated, and we are unable to extend discounts beyond the expiration date.

Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Cardmore is not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned due to address issues, we'll issue a refund, but unfortunately, we'll have to deduct the initial shipping cost.

Returns Policy
Only items that are damaged or incorrect are eligible for returns. If you receive an item in this condition, please send us an email at cardmoreinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Do not return any items without prior authorization. Once we have approved your return, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, please ship your items with tracking. This will allow you to monitor the package's progress and confirm its receipt. Please note that Cardmore cannot claim responsibility for any packages that are lost in transit if tracking is not selected.
Return Deadline
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Unauthorized Returns and Shipping Costs
Please be advised that if you send a package to us without prior authorization, we will not refund the amount of shipping and we will not be responsible for sending the item(s) back to you. Seasonal (holiday) cards are not eligible for returns unless defective or a wrong item was sent. You must notify us via email prior to sending back your merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
